The Avani Ballroom
Your room, your pace
The Ballroom is held exclusively for your wedding, so there is no other event next door and no shared spaces to navigate. Run long tables down the length of it for something generous and communal, set rounds around a dance floor, or clear the room entirely for a cocktail party that never stops moving.
The Promenade frames it all with its own bar, made for the moments between the big ones: a first drink before dinner, fresh air between dances and one more glass before heading back in.

A menu that reflects the coast
The Sunshine Coast grows some of the best produce in Australia, and your wedding menu should taste like it belongs here. Executive Chef Hamish Pink and his team work with local farmers, fishers and growers and let the ingredients do the heavy lifting, pairing fresh coastal flavours with just the right touch of technique for food that feels generous, relaxed and made for a room full of people you love. Menus move with the seasons, sustainability shapes the way the kitchen sources and cooks, and dietary requirements are thoughtfully accommodated.
Choose canapés that keep moving through the room, a long feast served to share or a plated dinner, then add bridal bites while you get ready and a late night supper for the second wind.
